This time-saving air fryer pork spare rib recipe is perfect for any occasion where you feel like a barbecue, roast, or grill.


The air fried ribs are basted in our world-famous pork spare rib marinade and grilled in the air frying to perfection. The outcome is unbeatable and off-the-bone pork spare ribs are irresistible. My wife is not a big fan of pork spare ribs, but when I prepare this air fryer pork spare ribs, she cannot help herself and digs in like there is no end.

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring enough water to fit the spare ribs in, to the boil. Add the brown sugar and the vinegar to the water
  2. Cut the pork spare ribs into equal-sized portions, perfectly sized to fit sideways into the air fryer
  3. Add the spare ribs to the boiling water and cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Add more water as required to ensure the pork spare ribs remain covered with boiling water
  4. Remove the spare ribs from the boiling water and pat dry with paper towels
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C
  6. Baste the pork spare ribs with our pork spare rib marinade
  7. Place the marinated pork spare ribs sideways in the air fryer
  8. Air fry for 20 minutes
  9. Remove and serve with fries or a side salad. Enjoy!Eds Note: If you own a small are fryer, it may be necessary to air fry the spare ribs in batches.
