  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Prepare an ovenproof baking dish with cooking spray
  3. Cut the Jalapeno Peppers in half, lengthwise, scoop out the insides with a spoon
  4. Place on the prepared baking dish, skin side down
  5. Combine the cheese and spices in a mixing bowl and mix well. Fill each Jalapeno pepper with the cheese mixture, distributing the mixture evenly
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly
  7. Remove from the oven and dust lightly with the chili powder. Serve with chili flakes on the side. Enjoy your Jalapeno popper.
