  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the mince, onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
  3. Place the mixture in a greased loaf tin and bake for 45 to 50 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and loosen the meatloaf from the sides of the tin. Turn out to cool
  5. Cut the meatloaf into desired slices and serve. Enjoy!
