  1. Beat the veal fillets slightly with the spiky side of a meat tenderizer. Season the flour with the salt and pepper and mix well
  2. Dredge the veal fillets in the seasoned flour, dip them in the egg wash and then the breadcrumbs, covering completely
  3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the veal fillets on both sides until golden brown and crispy
  4. Lower the heat and fry for a minute more, to ensure the veal is tender
  5. Remove from the frying pan and garnish each Wiener schnitzel with a slice of hard-boiled egg, and serve with a slice of lemon and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

The Cooking Cat is a home cooking project launched by husband and wife Chef Couples Iwan and Marna Ross. It initially started off as an experimental cooking project and quickly grew into a community-based cooking project. All recipes featured on the Cooking Cat website are the results of food trend analytics collected by Iwan Ross, an oasis for food bloggers. SCP provides food bloggers with recipe page templates, a recipe database, food blog topic suggestions, and much more.
