  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries
  2. Place in cold water for 30 minutes
  3. Dry the fries in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 100°C
  4. Place the fries in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C, shaking well halfway through
  5. Season to taste with salt and serve.
