  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Combine the garlic, herbs, lemon rind and juice, salt and pepper, breadcrumbs, and butter in a bowl
  3. Coat the leg of lamb all over with the mixture and place it in the oven roasting bag. Seal the bag well and punch a few holes in the bag with a toothpick
  4. Roast in the oven until the lamb is cooked through, 25 minutes per 500 g of lamb, plus a little extra for the roasting
  5. Serve with a choice of roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
