Beef Schnitzel Recipe

This quick and easy beef schnitzel recipe is one of my favourite recipes to prepare. The name itself makes my mouth water and the finished golden brown schnitzels look amazing when served with side dishes and garnished with lemons and soaked in a world-famous cheese sauce.

Schnitzel is originally a famous and popular Viennese dish. beef fillets, prepared in breadcrumbs and fried to golden brown deliciousness in a pan. Do not be put off by the name, the dish is surprisingly easy to prepare and only takes a few minutes. There are many variations of this schnitzel recipe, chicken, beef, ostrich, and then of course the most famous, wiener schnitzel, and we have one of each on our website.

If you can afford beef fillet to use in the beef schnitzels, consider yourself lucky. Alternatively, we would suggest using tenderized beef cut fillets or should beef.
