  1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onions, carrots, stock cubes, and paprika. Fry until the stock cubes start to dissolve
  2. Add the diced cucumber and fry for another two minutes, stirring all the time
  3. Add the baked beans and fry for three to five minutes, stirring all the time. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat, allow to cool. Serve as a side dish or condiment. Enjoy!
