Roast Beef Recipe

This easy roast beef recipe is a family tradition. Our whole family contributes to this roast beef recipe. The preparation and cooking always fall in the hands of my mother-in-law, who does a pretty good job of cooking this roast beef.

During Christmas we prepare several meat dishes for our Christmas table, one of which is this roast beef, and the other, the roast lamb recipe. I say this is an easy roast beef recipe because it only takes a handful of ingredients to prepare, and the taste is unreal for how easy it seems.

We also have a tradition of serving roast beef with horseradish,Yorkshire Pudding, and oven-roasted vegetables. It goes really well with roasted potatoes on the side as well. We use sirloin as the choice cut of beef meat.

The children in our family also enjoy this roast beef tremendously. I think it has to do with how tender the meat is, after roasting, compared to turkey and lamb. The children always opt-in for the roast beef and usually ask for more.

We think you will enjoy our roast beef recipe and invite you to tell us what you think of the recipe if you have tried it. We welcome any suggestions.

Thanks, and happy cooking.

Terrific roast beef recipe. The beef sirloin is so tender. I undercooked it a bit because my family like the beef medium done, otherwise, good recipe. 5.00
