This birria tacos recipe was an item listed on the menu of a fantastic restaurant I visited recently. This year was packed with many eventful occasions and due to my high workload, I was unable to attend any of the social functions.
That was until my friend and colleague resigned and we attended a tex-mex style restaurant to bid him farewell. There were so many delicious items available on the menu that day, but these birria tacos caught my eye. It was a good choice because most of my peers said it looked delicious. Believe me, it was.
When I got home later that evening I searched for a birria tacos recipe. After finding a few I narrowed them down to the most common ingredients used in the birria tacos recipe. That weekend I created my own version of this recipe and had a few people over to test it out. They loved it.
