Deviled Eggs Recipe

We decided to publish this deviled eggs recipe after we received an overwhelming response to a social media post following an image of deviled eggs we prepared during a short break to our favorite holiday destination, St. Helena Bay.


It was the last day of our weekend getaway and we had six eggs remaining in our refrigerator. After a quick stock take my clever wife decided to spoil us with deviled eggs breakfast, or brunch. Deviled eggs are hard-boiled eggs that have been shelled, cut in half, and filled with a paste made from the egg yolks mixed with other ingredients such as mayonnaise and mustard.


Devliled eggs are traditionally enjoyed over easter and often served and social gatherings as a platter with a buffet


Deviled eggs are quick and easy to prepare and a dish loved by the whole family. you only need teaspoons of the required ingredients to prepare a smashing and good-looking deviled eggs recipe.

Directions

  1. Remove the yolks from the eggs and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the yolks into a crumble. Add all the ingredients, except the paprika and mix well
  2. Arrange the egg whites on a platter. Evenly distribute the egg mixture into the egg whites
  3. Sprinkle with the paprika and serve. Enjoy!
