Directions

  1. Season the pork chops with the kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan
  3. Fry the pork chops, over medium heat, until cooked through. About five minutes per side
  4. Rremove from the heat and serve the pork chops covered with the chimichurri sauce and vegetables on the side. Enjoy!
